By using the DonaPay app or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use DonaPay.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Use DonaPay only for lawful purposes
Immediately report any unauthorized activity on your account

3. Account & Wallet Usage

Your wallet allows you to send/receive money, pay bills, and more. You’re responsible for all transactions made through your wallet.

We reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Fees and Charges

Some services may attract minimal convenience fees. All applicable fees will be displayed transparently before a transaction is completed.

5. Flight Booking

Flights are booked via trusted third-party providers. DonaPay is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.

6. Invoicing Services

You may use DonaPay to generate and send invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice information.

7. Bill Payments

DonaPay enables payment of utilities, airtime, data, etc. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use DonaPay for gambling, money laundering, or illegal activities
Impersonate another user
Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the app
Disrupt or overload the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on DonaPay (logos, icons, graphics, code, etc.) belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

DonaPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorized transactions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DonaPay if you breach these terms or engage in misconduct.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of DonaPay after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
